Diamonds Forever

Diamonds Forever beautifully reset the diamond in my wedding ring to be a lower setting, added more prongs and plated it in gold. I met with Amy when I first brought the ring in, she is every nice, knowledgeable and talented and she patiently went over the different options available for what I could do with my ring and helped me make the best decision. I absolutely love my new re-vamped ring! 😍 Their store is lovely inside too, a beautiful shop to visit. All their rings in the shop look exquisite and if I’m ever shopping for a new ring I’d definitely visit here again first. Picking up my ring was fast and easy, and Julie kept me updated on the progress via text message. Thanks Amy and Julie! 💯✨🥰

The entire staff at Diamonds Forever are consummate professionals. They created a stunning custom pendant as a 10-year wedding anniversary present for my wife. I had no idea it would be as much a gift for me as it was for her since I see it around her neck each day. Jenny is incredible with above and beyond customer service. Jenny designed our beautiful engagement/weddings rings! And we’ve been coming here ever since. Jenny has designed more custom pieces for us and always finds a way to make it work creatively with what I have in mind and I’m VERY particular. I’d see a diamond tennis bracelet in the case but couldn’t afford it, but wanted a timeless piece and she made a beautiful thin gold solid bangle - exactly as envisioned with a plan to purchase more as a set in the future - one to represent each child we have that I can later pass on to the children - something to look forward to :) Amy is very gentle with the little ones and helped me when my toddler daughter had earrings where the backings were permanently stuck to the earring - she calmed her, cut them off and found affordable replacement earrings while we purchased beautiful new little diamonds. Julie has consistently shown the utmost professionalism and is very courteous and genuinely sweet. Her smile and kindness make it a wonderful experience to book an appointment, come in to shop or just have a ring cleaned, etc. The atmosphere in the shop is beautiful, and unique. We always have the best experience working and designing custom jewelry with Amy. Her knowledge, service, and craftsmanship is the best. Amy already knows what looks the best for each person’s style, but we still like to pretend we help with the design. This is my mom’s custom design colored diamond ring collection. She mixes and matches different rings on the same finger. I recommend all my family and friends to Amy. Highly recommend.
